| Cowboy Wok | ||
![]() (click on picture to enlarge) |
The
Cowboy Wok is constructed from a heavy heat tempered metal disc, now
in 2 sizes, small or large. It has a horse shoe for one handle and
a coiled wire handle on the opposite side. The Wok can be used directly in
the coals or above a flame as though you were using a frying pan or a wok. With proper care these woks can
literally last for a lifetime. The Cowboy Woks, like Dutch ovens, get more
seasoned with use and acquires better flavor every time you cook in it. The Cowboy Wok combined with the Dutch Oven Disc and Trivet (see below) is great for tailgate parties, camping, fishing, etc. and feeds 2 to 10 people at a time. The woks weigh approximately 20 to 25 lbs. Two Sizes available: Small (size will vary 15” across to 18”): $70.00 Large (size will vary from 18” to 23”): $90.00 |

Dutch Oven Disc is approximately 14” in diameter. It is constructed
from heavy heat tempered metal with two horseshoe handles and three 5/16” x

to cook on a wooden or aluminum table, now there is no bending over to tend
to your Dutch ovens. The Trivet is constructed from 5/16” rod and is approximately shaped like a 7” triangle with 2” legs. The trivet may be used to set the lid to your Dutch oven on top of it or use it on top of the Dutch oven disc to then cook with your “Cowboy Wok”, coffee pot or frying pan. The Dutch oven disc and trivet weigh from 10 to 15 lbs. Price: $40 (Dutch Oven Disc) Trivet $10.00 |

would fill in as a chuckwagon cook when the cooks got mad and quit. That
is when he got interested in chuckwagon cooking. Later, he built a wagon
of his own. Some of the recipes in this cookbook have been in their family for years. They have forgotten where some came from, created some and got some from friends. More great ole time recipes. Price: $23.00 |
